Intro

Most of the information that is shared through emails today is shared in the form of PDF files. However, while sharing PDF files, one of the question that comes to our mind is whether there is a way to combine multiple PDF files offline. The answer to this question is yes, there are multiple ways to do it. In this article, we will explain the method to combine PDF files using Quantum PDF. The reasons for using Quantum PDF are as under:

It is a simple under 100 MB application that takes no more than 200 MB of your RAM while running, is super quick, and offers many other useful features apart from merging and splitting of PDF files.

It offers more than one methods to combine multiple PDF files. It also allows you to insert one PDF file into another PDF file before or after a desired page no eg. before first page or after 3rd page etc.

It can rotate PDF files.

It can delete PDF pages.

It can insert Page Numbers into the PDF files.

It can convert Word to PDF, Excel to PDF and Power point to PDF, JPG to PDF, Text file to PDF, HTML to PDF.

It can compress PDF files.

Its PDF viewer is extremely fast (can scroll 100s of pages in a single scroll).

For multitasking, it comes with dedicated alignment buttons (no other software offers this functionality) with which you can align the opened PDF files to either left or right half of the screen (becomes handy when you need to write something in MS Word by looking at the opened PDF file).

One of the unique features, Quantum PDF has is that of a separate Notepad option wherein you can keep track of your important PDF files (No other PDF editing tool offers this functionality).
