Open any PDF (or several)
Drag a file in, right-click "Edit with Quantum PDF" in Explorer, or set it as your default PDF app. Each document gets its own tab, so you can work on more than one at a time without juggling windows.
Edit, mark up, or lock it down
Rearrange and convert pages, edit text in place, redact what shouldn't be shared, drop in form fields, or attach a digital signature — all from tabs on one ribbon.
Save, export, or hand it off
Save back to the same file, export to Word/Excel/Image, flatten your markup so it can't be moved, and password-protect it before sending it on.
What's on each tab
Quantum PDF's ribbon is organized into six tabs. Here's what lives on each one.
Merge PDFs
Combine several PDF files into the document you're working on.
Extract Pages
Save a copy of just the pages you select as a new file.
Rotate & Rearrange
Fix sideways scans and drag pages into the order you want.
Assign DSC
Attach a Digital Signature Certificate for legally-binding signing.
Edit Text In Place
Click directly into existing text on the page and change it.
Redaction
Permanently black out and remove sensitive text or areas — unlike a highlight, it can't be recovered.
Form Fields
Text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-downs, and signature fields any PDF reader can fill in.
Stamps & Flatten
Apply Draft/Approved/Confidential stamps, then flatten so markup can't be moved or removed later.
PDF ↔ Word / Excel
Turn a PDF into an editable .docx or .xlsx file, or build a PDF from images or HTML.
Searchable PDF (OCR)
Run OCR on a scanned PDF so its text becomes selectable and searchable.
Compress / Optimize
Shrink file size before emailing a large PDF.
Page Numbers & Headers
